I serve as both a coach and accountability partner, helping clients develop the mental resilience needed for long-term fitness success.  Through regular check-ins and personalized goal-setting sessions, I help clients identify their best internal motivators to avoid falling into negative mental barriers.   Motivation naturally fluctuates, so I teach clients how to build sustainable habits to navigate the highs and lows of their fitness journey.  Together we will celebrate small wins and accept setbacks as learning opportunities!

I've consulted with hundreds of women in the last decade about their fitness goals and every. single. one. has told me- They want to look "toned". So let's chat 🔻

Respectfully:

❗️Most women GROSSLY underestimated how much MUSCLE it takes to look that way
(Which includes a low enough body fat to actually see the muscle)

❗️Most women also grossly underestimate how much precision and effort with training- and years of consistency- it takes to BUILD the "toned" aka muscular body, I know you want.

🚫 You're doing some classes and throwing spaghetti at the wall doing random influencer lifts.

I went to church religiously for decades. I never felt closest to God as when I left.

My first spiritual awakening was actually while sitting on a church pew one Sunday morning in 2016

The pastor stated from the heavily redacted Bible- 
 "homosexuality is a sin"

It's not like this indoctrination ever sat right with me. None of them did. 

But in that moment, I experienced a profound remembrance that surged through every cell
of my being, one that shattered every last speck of dust on my 3rd eye: 

I was being lied to 🧿

And if they lied about that. What else is a lie

Turns out everything we were taught. Everything.

From there, the awakenings hit hard and fast.

I had always known.
My soul just needed to remember

Just a reminder that's on my heart:

Your soul came here for these times

A world where everything is meant to separate us. To distract us. From God, from faith, from ourselves

They harvest our fear. Our unworthiness. Our divide. Our lack. Our powerlessness. 

The rebellion is remembrance

You don't need to seek God outside of you
But simply experience God within you 

You are not a sinner needing salvation.
You are not a slave who needs to bow. 

You are a Christ consciousness being of love, worthy AF btw- that came here to remember your power and your Sovereignty

1️⃣ I made my programming a lot more BASIC

🚫 From super setting everything, doing combination movements 🙄, different exercises every time I trained and guessing through exercise selection -

✅ To simplified and science-backed PROGRAMMING, to target EVERY REGION of the glutes. The best lifts look the most basic. It's not about more. It's about better

2️⃣ I 👏 ATE 👏

🚫 NO GIRLS built their dream booty by chronic undereating and guessing their way through macros... With out the correct nutrition, your results with never match your gym efforts

✅ I started tracking my protein and pairing my nutrition to my training and physique goals. Food is fuel. CARBS build the booty. Building muscle has been a major key in healing my relationship with food

3️⃣ I shifted all my focus to GETTING STRONGER (Progressive overload baby)

🚫 Big mistake is turning your lifting session into cardio. Counting caloric burn. Circuits. Short rest times...

✅ I got really REALLY GOOD at the fkn basics. And I got stronger and incredibly proficient at them 💅. The correct volume + intensity + recovery = gains

4️⃣ I committed to better boundaries and changing my lifestyle outside of the gym.

🚫 Just being associated with the wrong people can destroy your entire life and well-being btw. No matter how much you work out you will be unhealthy in the wrong environments.

✅ Protect your peace ladies and have enough self respect to set boundaries and be really fkn selfish about your worth. I love you
