I serve as both a coach and accountability partner, helping clients develop the mental resilience needed for long-term fitness success.  Through regular check-ins and personalized goal-setting sessions, I help clients identify their best internal motivators to avoid falling into negative mental barriers.   Motivation naturally fluctuates, so I teach clients how to build sustainable habits to navigate the highs and lows of their fitness journey.  Together we will celebrate small wins and accept setbacks as learning opportunities!

Maturing in the gym is realizing the most basic *looking workouts are the most effective

• The complexity is in the technique
• The difficulty is in the intensity

My lower body gains stalled for years because

I thought more = better (it doesn't)
I was super setting everything
Lots of junk volume (most women's problem)
Changing up random exercises 
Not enough rest

If you can do more than 4-6 exercises for leg day? You're not training effectively girl!
