Mindset & Motivation

I serve as both a coach and accountability partner, helping clients develop the mental resilience needed for long-term fitness success.ย  Through regular check-ins and personalized goal-setting sessions, I help clients identify their best internal motivators to avoid falling into negative mental barriers.ย  ย Motivation naturally fluctuates, so I teach clients how to build sustainable habits to navigate the highs and lows of their fitness journey.ย  Together we will celebrate small wins and accept setbacks as learning opportunities!

The trauma was never my fault. 
But the cycle was mine to break
The forgiveness was mine to choose 
The healing was my responsibility to journey

I felt called to make this reel but it's hard to post, and it's hard to find adequate words for what I wish I could express. Here goes nothing ๐Ÿ™‚

The first half of these clips are from 2019. I had been in a true dark night of the soul for about 4 years by that point, and was desperately trying to survive my 3rd severely abusive relationship, while being a single mom, grieving, and deeply struggling financially.

I look back at that year and it's nothing but total darkness. I wasn't suicidal, but I had no will to live. It felt like I was walking around with every bone in my body broken but no one could see the wounds. So you just continue to smile. And cope

I was drinking- a lot. I couldn't eat. I felt shattered and disconnected to my very soul. Desperate. Searching. Debilitating depression.

The largest part of my alchemy was picking myself up from the fetal position off the floor, crying so hard it felt like my guts were going to rip open-

And looking in the mirror

I saw my shadows staring back at me.
Asking me to face them.

I saw the parts of myself I had abandoned to survive- asking me to love them.

I had to face the isolation that came from choosing myself

If you can relate I just want you to know there is the other side.

I want you to know that those who are pulled into more pain have the most potential for purpose

I want you to know that buried in your deepest heartache lies your greatest expansion and opportunity for self love

I have spent the last 5 solid years dedicated to reclamation 

I am SO GRATEFUL to every circumstance that forced me to choose my power.

I am SO GRATEFUL, that my evolution has lead to a calling that helps other women with theirs

I am SO GRATEFUL, that I had the gym all through those years reminding me that the strong woman I longed to be lived in my bones. I cannot express this enough
