I serve as both a coach and accountability partner, helping clients develop the mental resilience needed for long-term fitness success.  Through regular check-ins and personalized goal-setting sessions, I help clients identify their best internal motivators to avoid falling into negative mental barriers.   Motivation naturally fluctuates, so I teach clients how to build sustainable habits to navigate the highs and lows of their fitness journey.  Together we will celebrate small wins and accept setbacks as learning opportunities!

At 42 years young I eat double the amount of calories a day I did at 30 😮‍💨 After 15 years of fighting my weight and yo yo dieting, I now have complete food freedom. And I look better than I did in my 20s, and I burn fat around the clock 🔪

The largest contributing physical factor? 

🔑 MUSCLE + metabolic health. Muscle is a metabolic tissue, muscle mass increases your BMR, the process of muscle protein synthesis is a metabolic process 🔻

1- MUSCLE. Muscle is your metabolic and functional currency. Muscle teaches your body to burn fat 24/7. Muscle increases anabolic hormones, improved insulin sensitivity and balances cortisol. If you lose it, everything breaks down faster, leading to insulin resistance, frailty, injuries, and inflammation.

2- NUTRITION. Food isn't just fuel. It's information to every cell of your body. Nutrient timing, food quality, protein intake, and micronutrient/antioxidant density- support hormone regulation, body recomposition, gut health, and tissue/organ repair. Hint- it's NOT just CICO

3- SLEEP. Quality sleep is the number one performance-enhancing drug. When sleep is poor, it can damage your DNA, shorten telomeres, and accelerate biological aging.

4- STAYING ACTIVE. Aerobic capacity and resting heart rate is one of the strongest predictors of a long life full of vitality. Get your steps in. Hike. Dance. Get moving.

I dare you to start saying: "I want to look MUSCULAR", and see where that sits in your body.

That's literally what you're saying when you say "I want to look toned" and I need you ladies to make the connection🔻

There is nothing wrong with saying "toned"

--> Unless you have the misconception that you can looked "toned" by ANY other way than lifting heavy, building MUSCLE- and losing fat (hint *sometimes this means eating MORE)

•You can't "tone" a muscle
•You will never look "toned" from cardio or hiit classes alone
•There is no such thing as "Pilates muscles"
•There's no such thing as lean muscle or bulky muscle

•You CANNOT just lose weight and look toned- you'll look skinny fat

The booty you want= MUSCLE

The curves and shape you want= muscle
Toned arms = muscle
