My Online Fitness Program for women offers a comprehensive 12-week training program that is specifically designed to cater to your unique needs and goals. With workouts focused on sculpting your body and implementing progressive overload techniques, you can expect to see significant improvements in strength and muscle definition. Each exercise within the online fitness program comes with detailed videos, voice-over explanations, and helpful cues to ensure proper form and technique. About Me
As a nine-year certified NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) trainer, I deliver complete online fitness training where you can do your workout anytime and anywhere according to your own preference. Having my NASM certification means you will be working with a trainer who understands science-based training principles for human movement, exercise science, and program design to maximize your results!
I deliver customized workouts through an easy-to-use digital platform with detailed instructions and video demonstrations for every exercise. You will have direct access to me through video calls, messaging, or email to ask questions, check your form, and receive ongoing support. I assess your progress regularly and make adjustments so you are always progressing.
I use the Optimum Performance Training™ (OPT™) model, which allows me to introduce workout progressions while addressing muscle imbalances and any movement compensations. I’ll track you closely and alter your program to avoid plateaus and continually create progress.
