Hello and THANK YOU for being here!
As well as being a Women’s Personal Trainer, I am also a BUSY single mother of two amazing teenagers! I understand that fitness needs to fit into our lives, and not be another thing that overwhelms it!
I fell in love with weight lifting 10 years ago, when I was going through a very painful divorce. The gym was my solace during the most difficult years of my life. But it was much more …
The gym helped me heal my relationship with food and exercise. The gym built my self confidence, it taught me to show up for myself, and it helped me develop discipline- inside of the gym and out. Seven years ago I became a certified trainer (NASM), so that I could help other women find this life-changing empowerment through fitness. Building your sexiest and most CONFIDENT body- is just part of the transformation!
As a Women’s Personal Trainer I am literally OBSESSED with my client’s glow-ups!! And I’m looking forward to being part of YOURS!
